HRIS Implementation & Support Specialist (11-Month Contract)

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled **HRIS Implementation & Support Specialist** to join our team on a **11‑month contract** . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our **Dayforce** platform as we continue to transform our internal systems. You’ll collaborate with teams nationally to ensure effective implementation, configuration, and user support across the organization. **Here’s where you’ll be focusing:** + Lead the configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Dayforce + Serve as a subject matter expert in payroll processes, programs, policies, and procedures to meet current and emerging payroll requirements + Analyze requests and determine configuration requirements for system solutions + Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing ideas, solutions, and innovative approaches to improve the use of tools and technology + Understand end‑to‑end business processes and integration points to troubleshoot payroll issues and dependencies with other systems + Provide expert guidance and support to Dayforce end users, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal system use + Participate in and/or coordinate the implementation of new Dayforce product releases, including developing communication and training materials as needed **What you have to offer:** + Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience + Strong, hands‑on Dayforce experience (configuration, support, troubleshooting) + Solid understanding of Canadian payroll processes + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills + Bilingual (French and English) preferred \#LI-Hybrid #LI-LM1 **Who we are:** We started in a small town in Nova Scotia but we are now in communities of all sizes across this great country.
