Job Description:

Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements. Develop a migration plan with the team, mapping business needs to system capabilities. Map business needs and system capabilities. Provide system solutions, work around to meet business needs. Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training. Mantaining and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction Prepare project deliverable such as : system solution design, and user guide

 

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20) At least have 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems,
