HRIS Analyst - Process Document
Description Our company is going through an exciting ERP and Shared Services Transformation, with more to come in the next few years! We are rolling out one standardized ERP and HCM system (Oracle Fusion) on a global scale. In parallel, we are also rolling out our shared services model worldwide. This role is instrumental in providing the documentations we need to set the foundation for the upcoming Shared Services transitions. The existing shared service activities include Full cycle Payroll processing, HR Admin support, and Benefits & Pensions Admin. We are looking for someone to compile our Standard operating procedures (SOP), Desktop procedures, and process flow mapping. You will be working with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) to capture the content, in addition, we are looking to you to provide insights, best practices, and guidance to the SMEs to ensure the documentations are complete and accurate. This role also must be able to identify opportunities for improvement and risks in the processes, along with having excellent documentation skills. Must haves (Skills and Experiences): • Proficient understanding of full cycle Benefit Administration processes • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in writing SOPs for Benefits Administration. Detailed (Who, When, How, Where, What), • Advanced Visio skills for documenting process flows (or similar) • Advanced documentation skill for SOP, Process Flows and Instructions • Some experience with Shared Services Model & Transitions • Proficient understanding of Oracle (or similar ERP tools) and integrations • Experience in using Lean model concepts, use of RACI matrix • Able to identify opportunities for improvement and risks • Provide best practices and guidance to SMEs to help ensure content of activities and elements of SOP is complete and accurate • Proven track record of working independently to deliver within tight deadlines and with high quality. • Technology Savvy - Able to leverage AI and applications to assist in the deliverables efficiently and with high quality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Visio) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
