HRIS Analyst

An HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Applications Analyst in the healthcare field focuses on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HR systems within a healthcare organization. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure HR systems effectively support business needs and comply with relevant regulations.  

Responsibilities

·      System Implementation and Maintenance: Installing, customizing, maintaining, and upgrading HRIS applications, systems, and modules.

·      Data Management: Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS.

·      Troubleshooting and Support: Identifying and resolving system issues, providing technical support to end-users, and escalating complex problems.

·      Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports, analyzing data, and configuring system modules to meet organizational needs.

·      Training and Documentation: Providing training to end-users on HRIS functionalities and creating documentation for system processes.

·      Compliance: Ensuring the HRIS system adheres to relevant regulations and standards. 

Requirements

·      High School Diploma or equivalent.

·      1+ year of experience in HRIS management

·      Experience with Paycom and/or Relias is a plus.

·      Non-profit healthcare experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
