HRIS Analyst

CentraCare is seeking an HRIS professional with experience in Oracle Fusion Compensation, including Base and Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience managing compensation cycles, integrating HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems, and mapping business processes to configure solutions. Key technical skills include proficiency in Oracle Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, HCM Extracts, and integrations with third-party applications. Experience in troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, change management, and compliance (SOX, GDPR) is essential. Additional knowledge of Redwood UI, Fusion Technical Architecture, or Oracle certifications is a plus.

Partnering with the Senior HRIS team, you will develop strategies for enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and improving employee experience. Your responsibilities will include fostering cross-functional partnerships and advocating for end-user needs. 

Schedule:

Full- time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This position will work remotely!

 Pay and Benefits:

$68,939.12 or more annually, pay determined by experience Pay Range: $68,939.12 - $103,441.54 annually Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!

 Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field  3+ years of Analyst experience (proficient in report writing, advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Access)  HRIS experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
