As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the HRIS Analyst will support the administration of all employee transactions for US and Canada within our HRIS system (SAP) and benefit platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and process efficiency.  

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n

 

\n\nEnter and maintain employee data, organizational structure changes, and job information in the HRIS system (SAP)\nProvide administrative support on the data management of all benefit administration platforms\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems by performing regular audits and validation checks\nAssist with the new hire onboarding paperwork process to ensure accurate employment records are maintained and the timely completion of I-9s\nAssist with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs\nSupport with large data imports\nAssist with responding, troubleshooting, and resolving IT tickets routed to the SAP HR Team\nSupport the HRIS Team to resolve system discrepancies between SAP and other system integrations\nParticipate in UAT testing and documentation of new procedures as required\nCollaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to support HRIS needs\nParticipate in other HRIS-related projects and assists in the testing and documentation of new processes and procedures\nMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy and security standards.\n

 

Your profile:

\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration\n1+ years of experience in Human Resources\n\n\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.\n\n\nHRIS data entry experience preferred, SAP knowledge a plus\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel experience preferred \nHigh level of attention to detail with a strong emphasis on maintaining data integrity \nExercises sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information\nAble to multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines\nStrong follow-up skills with the ability to stay organized \nAbility to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions\nExcellent communication (oral and written) and strong relationship-building and customer service skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of employees \n
