Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst - UKG that manages the daily operations of the HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and security. They oversee system transitions, train users, configure reports, and implement process improvements while maintaining data confidentiality. The role includes auditing employee data, supporting payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, and collaborating with IT on system maintenance. Additionally, the analyst supports HRIS by working with internal teams and external partners to optimize HR processes, maintain system reliability, and serve as a technical point-of-contact for system changes and data analysis. Staying updated on HRIS trends is essential.

Skills and Requirements
Must have 3 years of experience with UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions/UKG Workforce Management
Experience managing full system implementation life cycle including Requirements Gathering, Scope Management, Process Design, System Configuration, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, Training and Go-Live
Familiar with HCM solution modules and concepts such as Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, Time & Attendance, LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning
Demonstrated data-driven mindset with analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets.
Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Information Technology, or related field
