**Introduction**
The Transformation Lead is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across all HRTT BPO accounts worldwide. This role ensures global coordination across regional and process transformation leaders, aligning efforts to deliver consistent, efficient, and innovative HR services globally. Key areas include Employee Data Management, Contact Center, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Learning Administration.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Transformation Leadership: Design and execute recruitment transformation programs using digital, automation, and analytics solutions.
* Client Advisory: Partner with senior client stakeholders to define strategic priorities, governance structures, and success metrics.
* Innovation & Optimization: Build and deliver innovation roadmaps that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and scalability.
* Governance & Escalation: Lead governance forums, manage escalations, and ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.
* Capability Building: Coach and develop account management teams to strengthen consulting skills and digital fluency.
* Performance Management: Oversee multi-country operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 10+ years in managing large, multi-country RPO engagements with transformation accountability.
* Proven consulting experience in process redesign, digital enablement, and change management.
* Strong knowledge of the recruitment technology ecosystem (ATS, CRM, automation, AI, analytics).
* Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional, global teams.
* Commercially astute with a focus on measurable outcomes and client value.
