We are looking for someone to support to a Human Resources team in the Nordics and with a specific focus on Sweden.
In your role you support employees based in the Nordics and their managers who can be based anywhere. This is a fixed term role (13 months) to cover for parental leave in the current team.
You will be working with HR colleagues based in the Nordics as well as in EMEA. IQVIA HR services are mainly based in India and will also be one significant point of contact.
This role is an opportunity to join a HR team and build your capabilities if you recently finalized your university degree. We require that you can communicate fluently in English and at least one other Scandinavian language (preferably Swedish but other Scandinavian languages will be considered).
**Tasks and responsibilities**
+ Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence
+ Provide portions of new employee orientation where appropriate under direction of senior team members.
+ Provide support and participate on teams handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures.
+ Provide support and participate on teams for the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.
+ Provide reports and analyses as requested by other HR team members.
+ Support and participate on teams in the recruitment and selection process where appropriate.
+ Operate as first point of contact for basic management of HR related queries and issues.
**Required knowledge, skills & abilities**
**Formal qualifications and experience**
+ Relevant University degree (HR, Finance, Social Science or equivalent)
+ Experience in an office environment or within an HR function is beneficiary
+ Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
+ Sound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
+ Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications (we use Workday)
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills – English is required

+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage projects

**Location**
The role is based in Solna, Sweden and you will report to the HR Director for the Nordics who is also based in Solna.
