Job Description
The HR Business Partner is responsible for collaborating with business and functional groups to deliver comprehensive Human Resources support that enhances associate productivity and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a key resource for associate relations by gathering feedback, conducting investigations, administering or drafting disciplinary actions, and recommending coaching strategies. Responsibilities include managing time card corrections, monitoring attendance programs, and assisting associates with benefits. The HR Business Partner partners with operations to coach and develop team members, leads talent management and succession planning discussions, and supports recruiting efforts, onboarding processes (including I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screenings), and temporary-to-permanent conversions. Additional duties involve coordinating company activities to foster corporate culture, communicating policy updates, preparing presentations, and handling administrative tasks such as office supply management. Acting as a point of contact for data collection, analysis, and program implementation, this role ensures alignment with company policies and drives initiatives that support both associates and business objectives.

Skills and Requirements
Associates' degree
2-5+ years of related experience in Human Resources or related field
Knowledge of company policies and procedures and benefits
Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
Experience gathering information for associate relations and making recommendations for coaching/discipline Bachelor’s degree
Experience coordinating company activities, events, and programs
Change management experience - changing policy, procedures, culture
