Overall Role Purpose:
As a strategic partner to the business, the HRBP will drive people strategies aligned with DHL Express’s business objectives. This role will work closely with leaders and teams to support performance, employee engagement, talent development, and a strong culture rooted in DHL’s values of “Respect & Results.”
Besides Head of HR, the HRBP is the client-facing member of the HR teamMain Accountabilities:Strategic HR Partnership-Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders.. Advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers on people-related issues and processesTranslate business goals into people strategies and drive their implementationParticipate in Resource planning and organizational designAdvise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers on people-related issues and processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment).
Talent Management & Development
Provide support to make talent and leadership development plans and implement themSupport succession planning, talent reviews, and career development initiatives.Drive performance management processes with business units.Facilitate functional panel reviews and follow up process to identify and develop growth employeesUse globally/regionally provided HR tools, processes and techniques to address issues and/or roll-out global/regional initiatives.Coordinate the performance management, target setting, promotional increase adjustments & salary reviewsTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to forecast and fulfill recruitment needs.
Support end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring alignment with internal policies and goals.
Drive a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
Employee Experience & Culture
Lead EOS and improvement actions within the countryCreate innovative employee engagement solutions/events, which are aligned with the Express motivated people strategyAnalyze engagement survey results and co-create action plans with leaders.Promote internal communication, recognition, and wellness initiatives.Employee Relations & Case Governance
Govern ER cases with fairness, transparency, and compliance.Formulate fair and equitable processes on employee counseling and discipline and play an active role in solving any issuesAdvise managers on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievances.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all ER matters and escalate complex cases appropriately.Operational HR & Compliance
Partner with other HR functions for recruitment, L&D, compensation, and HR systems.Ensure HR processes and practices comply with local labor laws and DHL policies.Track key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, absenteeism, engagement) and recommend solutions.Change Management & Projects
Support business transformation and change programs.Lead or contribute to cross-functional or regional HR projects.People Management

Experience:6 - 8 years HR experience in generalist roleWell-versed in Employment-related ordinanceBackground with recruitment and ER experienceStrategic thinking with hands-on executionExcellent interpersonal, influencing, and consulting skillsStrong communication and facilitation abilitiesData-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilityHigh integrity, discretion, and resilienceConversant in managing projects and programsEducational Qualifications:
