HRBP Manager, Kalasin & Sikhiu

Location : Kalasin or Sikhiu Plant

Reports to: Manager HR ,T&HS Operations,Thailand

Workplace Type: On-site

The HR Manager works closely with the HR COE, Local HR and SSC team, to ensure smooth HR operations in the plant, Plays a key role in providing both operational and strategic human resources support to develop and coordinate programs which directly support the achievement of business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

Business Partnering - Partnering with plant leadership and provide consultation and support on all HR matters, provide effective advice and coaching to key stakeholders.

Recruiting and Selection – Collaborating with Regional Talent Acquisition team on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies. Participate in the recruitment process and provide advice and recommendations around appointment and promotion decisions.

Employee Relations – Provide advice and guidance to managers on all employee-related matters and assist in the resolution of employee relations issues. Support all aspects of labor and employee relations including investigations; grievances; counseling to management; conflict mediation and resolution; disciplinary procedures etc.

Employee Engagement – Strengthen employee engagement via employee relation programs and establish positive relationships with community and local government bodies via CSR and external relation programs.

Policy Implementation – Identify HR strategies that are aligned with the country HR direction, identify areas for continuous improvement and take initiatives to enhance the organization, people capability and wellbeing and working environment.

Total Rewards/ Comp & Ben – Responsible for recommending, implementing and communicating Compensation & Benefits policies and processes. Ensure effective annual salary review and bonus plan implementation. Determine appropriate salary scales for newcomers and able to provide daily consultancy to managers and staff on the C&B policies and regulation.

HRIS & Reporting – Maintain human resource information systems records ensuring data accuracy and compiles reports from the database. Responsible for delivering HR reporting analytics (staffing, absenteeism, overtime etc.).

Qualified candidates will have :

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR experience, preferably in a production/ manufacturing plant preferably in a multinational company.Strong HR generalist with expertise in talent management, performance evaluation, and employee relations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with confidence and autonomy.Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal).Knowledge of Thai labor laws.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel and work across both Kalasin and Sikhiu plants.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
