Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner / IT Recruiter to support our growing Eurofins IT team in Colombia. This role is key to attracting top tech talent, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with global HR practices.

HR Business PartneringSupport onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with regional HR and local teams.Act as a point of contact for Colombian employees for HR-related topics: benefits, contracts, time-off, etc.Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and local HR practices.Collaborate with global HR, finance, and payroll teams to support processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and retention programs.Contribute to employer branding and culture-building efforts across the Colombia site.

 

RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles in Colombia (developers, analysts, DevOps, infrastructure, etc.)Collaborate with global and local hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.Proactively source candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, university outreach, and local IT communities.Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure excellent candidate experience.Track recruitment metrics and support talent reporting activities.Act as the main point of contact between external recruiting agencies and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and alignment throughout the hiring process.

QualificationsStrong understanding of the Colombian IT talent market.Knowledge of local labor laws and HR operations in ColombiaExcellent communication skills in English (required)Experience using applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in multinational or tech environments.Portuguese is a strong plus due to cross-country coordination.Experience supporting international teams and working across multiple time zonesProactive, collaborative, and highly organizedFamiliarity with Agile work environments or IT delivery organizations is a plus
