We are hiring a People Partner / HRBP to support our growing Engineering and Product teams in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of HRBP experience in a tech or product-led environment, who has hands-on exposure to:

Partnering with Engineering/Product managers

Driving performance and promotion cycles

Managing onboarding and early employee experience

Leading engagement initiatives and employee connects

Supporting learning and development programs
