JOB SUMMARY

The HR Business Partner provides a broad range of HR support and consulting services to multiple units within the organization, serving as the primary Human Resources contact and advisor to managers and employees. Partners with HR peers in execution of regional HR programs and strategies, HR team projects & initiatives, and to seek and provide innovative solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business, mitigates risks and ensures legal compliance contributing to the long-term success of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and translate HR processes to meet their needs.Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, owning and being held accountable for HR results and partnering with business to understand and support needs and requirementsLead initiatives in Performance management, Talent Management and Development, Succession planning.Collaborate with other HR and analyze data from Employee SurveyCollaborate with HR peers and functional areas to ensure effective workforce planningInvolve in training programs; including partnership with corporate learning and development team to implement appropriate solutions.Generate buy-in through presentations and communication efforts.Ensure compliance with company security policies.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.Business Acumen & HR Acumen.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Data-driven mindset

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree preferred.5+ years related work experience required in Human Resources, or Talent Management, holding diverse roles in HR is preferredOr an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
