To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Job Responsibilities:** + Contribute to the company’s business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. + Meet the recruitment needs to make sure the smooth operation of the business. + Facilitate appropriate manager and employee training and manage its delivery. + Implement short and long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business strategy and agenda. + Act as a liaison between the line and corporate HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs and meet business needs. + Help the business unit leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future KPIs. + Listen to business, and provide expert advice and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees as appropriate. + Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR objectives, initiatives, and policies. + Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement. + Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business. + Maintain knowledge of progressive and innovative HR practices and trends. + Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture throughout the organization. **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred. + 1-3 years of industry experience with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management. + Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. + With supporting experience in Cloud computing or IT area will be preferred. + Excellent communication & presentation skills in English. + Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments. **Additional Locations** : * China - Beijing - 北京(Beijing) * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京(Beijing)
