Job Responsibilities:

Support 2 global business team with around 350 employees located in Japan, China, and the US, additionally to take CPC PMO job:

1. Business Partnership: Collaborating with leaders to understand business needs, provide HR advice, and drive initiatives like org design or talent planning. 

2. Talent Management: Recruiting, developing, and retaining talent—maybe mention global mobility, succession planning, or leadership development.

3. Employee Experience: Enhancing engagement, handling conflict, ensuring compliance with local laws, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). 

4. HR Operations & Compliance: Working with centers of excellence (COEs) on payroll, benefits, policies, and ensuring adherence to global and local regulations.

5. HR project management as HR PMO for the big HR organization.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above (Human Resources, Management, Business Administration preferred); 5-10+ years of HR experience, with overseas/multinational company experience a plus.
2. Professional Skills: Familiar with HR modules (recruitment, performance, employee relations, organizational development); proficient in cross-cultural communication, data analysis, and change management.
3. Language Requirement: Fluent English is a must; Japanese is a plus.
