Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to the company’s business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Meet the recruitment needs to make sure the smooth operation of the business. Facilitate appropriate manager and employee training and manage its delivery. Implement short and long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business strategy and agenda. Act as a liaison between the line and corporate HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs and meet business needs.Help the business unit leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future KPIs. Listen to business, and provide expert advice and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees as appropriate. Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR objectives, initiatives, and policies. Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement. Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business.Maintain knowledge of progressive and innovative HR practices and trends. Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture throughout the organization. 

Job Requirements：

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.1-3 years of industry experience with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.With supporting experience in Cloud computing or IT area will be preferred.Excellent communication & presentation skills in English.Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
