The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR leadership and effectively partner with plant teams across the Americas region. This HRBP will provide thought leadership, influence and hands-on engagement to ensure the effective deployment of human capital to achieve business results. He or she will collaborate with key business leaders and peers to build organizational capability for ISC and will serve in a key capacity to drive implementation of business unit people strategies.
The HRBP will be responsible for driving and implementing critical HR processes such as Organizational Leadership Review, Performance Development & Connections, and Compensation along with the people and culture strategic A3 across all of the region’s manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. He or she will leverage HR to accomplish key business objectives, implement cultural change and transformational growth, and ensure the business has the resource capability and bench strength to achieve our growth strategies. The successful candidate will possess both strong business acumen and HR expertise, particularly in assessing and aligning organizations around key deliverables. Additionally, this individual will bring proven project management capability, with a background in lean leadership and the capability to drive strategy deployment and execution.
The role maintains close partnerships with corporate HR functions such as Compensation, HR Solutions and Talent & Organizational Capability.

**What you will do:**
+ **Function as a strategic business partner to members of the ISC Regional Leadership Team, spanning functions that include Procurement, EHS, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, and Operational Excellence in developing business and organizational strategies.**
+ **Provide leadership, guidance, and counsel on matters related to talent, organizational change and human capital.**
+ **Provide thought leadership to each functional leadership team to ensure understanding and execution of strategic plans and HR strategies.**
+ **Promote and deliver on initiatives to drive positive culture and workforce climates, positive employee relations, open lines of communication and effective labor relations.**
+ **Act as a change leader for developing and implementing strategic operating plans and serve as the “implementation arm” of the organization’s strategic A3 processes.**
+ **Partner with COEs to develop and implement “best in class” human resources processes in assessment, selection, leadership and employee development, employee engagement, labor relations, reward and recognition, communication and organizational effectiveness; Partner with leaders in the assessment and selection of key talent.**
+ **Develop and execute an HR plan aligned with business objectives, to include organizational design, succession planning, talent management, goal alignment, and communications.**
+ **Advise on legal and organizational implications of company issues and challenges and present solutions.**
+ **Drive a culture of standard work and operational excellence across the business both in the plant and across the various business processes.**
+ **Champion Trane Technologies business strategy and culture change – lead the transformation for the businesses.**
+ **Organizational Transformation: Lead the transformation efforts required to build organizational capability to achieve business goals**
+ **Functional Expert: Deliver maximum HR services at most efficient cost**
**What you will bring:**
The successful candidate will have demonstrated “world-class” competencies in a human resources role preferably in a diversified industrial or operational environment. He or she must have exceptional leadership skills in organizational strategy, effective program and process execution, identifying and developing organizational capability, and change management. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in both manufacturing and commercial environments along with implementation of lean methodologies. This key leader will have cross functional HR leadership experience across all areas of Human Resources.
+ 10+ years of experience of progressive responsibility in human resources roles.
+ HR experience in a union manufacturing facility is preferred.
+ Strong knowledge and application of US employment law and the National Labor Relations Act.
+ Demonstrated understanding of business needs; the successful candidate must be able to gain confidence of the business leadership team and HR partners.Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills are a must.
+ Experience in strategy, organizational capability, change management, business partnering and labor relations; Exposure to manufacturing environment is preferred.
+ Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives
+ Strong academic background supported by a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or I/O Psychology; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
+ Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze business, financial and people related data and determine appropriate actions.
**Compensation:**
**Base Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000**
**This will include an incentive.**
