Ready to elevate HR technology and collaborate with forward-thinking teams at Spectrum? As an HR Technology Program Manager, you will support HR Management Systems and ICIMs, working closely with the Recruiting Solutions team to analyze, configure and optimize HR applications. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will drive improvements in HR delivery and empower Spectrum’s HR Talent teams to achieve outstanding results.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Serve as the primary liaison between HR Line of Business customers and Corporate HR Operations, leading analysis of complex business challenges addressed by technologyPartner with the Recruiting Solutions team to support ICIMs and HR Management Systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure seamless operationsDevelop and verify business requirements and functional specifications for application development, modification and configurationConduct workflow analyses, apply configuration changes and document test plans and scripts to ensure robust solutionsExecute testing deliverables and certify the integrity of automated solutions and programsMaintain compliance by adhering to SDLC, HR Technology change control practices, SOX policies and audit proceduresCommunicate complex information effectively at all organizational levels and build relationships with HR partners across functionsLead cross-functional initiatives to complete assigned tasks and deliverablesWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Experience
8+ years of experience with enterprise-wide HR systemsSkills
Ability to read, write and speak EnglishWorking knowledge of Human Resources Operations across multiple functions, especially Talent Attraction and Recruiting OperationsExceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skillsSelf-starter with the ability to plan, problem-solve and assess cross-functional impacts, including identifying critical steps, activities and upstream/downstream impactsExperience developing, verifying and writing business and functional requirements, applying configuration changes, conducting workflow analyses and documenting test plans and scriptsExperience executing testing deliverables and certifying the integrity of automated solutions and programsStrong interpersonal, written and public speaking skills for communicating complex information at all organizational levelsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel, able to demonstrate proficiency through a work sample or assessmentExperience with Asana and Microsoft Office SuiteProject management experienceAbility to build effective relationships and lead cross-functionallyPreferred Qualifications
