HR Technology Audit Lead

The HR Technology Audit Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing audit processes related to Workday systems, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in data management and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday functionalities, audit methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Audit Management:** Lead and execute audits of Workday HCM to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Utilise reports from Azure Dev Ops to validate controls over the release of functionality to the production environment. Provide analytical support for HR audit compliance across multiple systems and processes. Identity management support, validation and collaboration with IT in order to complete projects, enhancements, resolve issues, testing and communications/training.
+ **Data Integrity:** Monitor and validate data accuracy within Workday, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
+ **Compliance Assurance:** Ensure adherence to local, regional, and global regulatory requirements, including labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards.
+ **Reporting:** Generate detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with both internal and external auditors to address audit findings and implement solutions.
+ **Training and Support:** Provide guidance to teams on Workday audit processes and compliance requirements.
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, compliance, or Workday system management.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Workday modules, audit tools, and data analysis software. Experience in supporting a variety of HR/Technical systems: Workday, Salesforce, Service Now, Active Directory, Azure Dev Ops
+ **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of audit methodologies, regulatory requirements, and Workday functionalities.
+ **Soft Skills:** Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools.
+ Knowledge of global HR compliance standards.
+ Proven track record of managing audits in complex organizational environments.
+ Analytical and conceptual skills; research techniques, verbal and written documentation skills
+ PC proficiency to include Access, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience in the development of technical and non-technical training materials for end users
+ Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures & regulations.
