En FANOX, WABTEC CORPORATION, buscamos a una persona Graduada en Derecho o Relaciones Laborales con experiencia en gestión de personas para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos. Pensamos en un/a profesional con amplia experiencia en empresas industriales y con buenos conocimientos en relaciones jurídico-laborales, atracción de talento, formación, igualdad y desarrollo organizacional. Acostumbrada a usar ERP, herramientas para gestión administrativa de personal, registro horario, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.

Puesto de alta confianza y discreción que requiere capacidad comunicativa, empatía y escucha.

Nivel alto de inglés.

🎯 Responsabilidades

Procesos de selección y contrataciónOnboarding y offboarding de personalActualización del organigrama y fichas de puestos de trabajoGestión de convenios con universidades, FCTs, becas, etc.Tramitación de subvenciones y ayudas a la contrataciónOrganización y participación en foros y ferias de empleoElaboración y seguimiento del plan de formaciónControl y registro horarioApoyo en el desarrollo del Plan de Igualdad y Plan de ConciliaciónCumplimiento normativo (compliance)Seguimiento de indicadores clave (KPIs)Procesos y políticas RRHH: colabora en la implantación (definición y mantenimiento) de las políticas y procedimientos de RRHH existentes y/o de nueva creación.Apoya el proceso de evaluación del desempeño y las evaluaciones de objetivos desde la comunicación hasta el soporte técnico/herramientas informáticas para llevarlo a cabo

Grado en Derecho o Relaciones LaboralesExperiencia de 5 a 8 años en gestión de personasNivel alto de inglésManejo de software de RRHH: Workday y Bizneo
