+ Technical Expertise: ๐ก Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for Workday HR applications, driving best practices and innovative solutions.
+ Implementation & Configuration: ๐ง Collaborate with clients during the implementation phase, customizing the Workday platform to meet their unique HR needs.
+ Client Engagement: ๐ค Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
+ Troubleshooting & Support: ๐ ๏ธ Address and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering client satisfaction.
+ Continuous Improvement: ๐ Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and optimizations.
What Weโre Looking For:
+ Proven experience in HR technology, particularly with Workday or similar platforms. ๐ฅ๏ธ
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. ๐

Job Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Prevention is a plus. ๐
+ Proven experience with HR technology platforms, particularly Workday, with a strong understanding of their functionalities. ๐
+ Proficiency in digital tools and analytics, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and process improvements. ๐
