A Kforce client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a HR Systems & Operations Manager to lead the next phase of its HR technology and operations strategy. This position will be instrumental in selecting and implementing a new HRIS platform, strengthening payroll and benefits processes, and ensuring smooth integration with finance and IT systems. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and direct impact on the organization's people strategy, operations, and compliance.
Duties:
* Lead the evaluation and rollout of a new HRIS, managing vendor relationships, implementation, and employee adoption
* Partner with payroll, benefits, and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance
* Build scalable HR operations - including policies, workflows, and documentation
* Oversee vendor management for HR technology, payroll, and benefits platforms
* Provide analytics and reporting to leadership to guide data-driven decision making
* Drive change management, communication, and training to ensure smooth transitions
