If you have an eye for detail and love compliance and audit, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. Join our HR team to develop and support our HR systems and recruitment compliance. As a subject matter expert, your responsibilities will include:

\n\nOverseeing and maintaining our recruitment management systems including trouble shooting and providing support to users.\nGenerating reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and diversity statistics.\nLead system and process improvement projects across the recruitment function.\nCompliance management to ensure HR and recruitment practices comply with legislation and internal policies and identifying any risks.\nMaintaining accurate records of compliance including training and audits.\nDHL Supply Chain is a Great Place to Work

To be successful in this role, you will have:\nExtensive experience with HR/ recruitment systems including compliance and audit\nKnowledge of Australian legislation including labour laws\nDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nEffective communication skills and the ability to convey clear messaging to a variety of audiences.\nProficiency in HRIS, ATS and CRS software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\n\n
