Job Title: HR System Specialist Location: Parsippany, New Jersey Type: Contract Compensation: $35 - $38.46 hourly Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Hours: Mon-Fri, 8-4 or 9-5 (Hybrid 3/2 then 9/1 4/1) Job Description + Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS), including setup, maintenance, and user support + Create and launch e-learning programs, manage assignments, and troubleshoot system issues + Maintain system documentation, reports, and analytics using tools like Docebo, Tableau, and Looker + Support integration with platforms including Workday and other contractor/vendor systems + Train users, manage help desk inquiries, and collaborate with L&D and HRIS teams + Conduct QA, UAT testing, and support compliance training rollouts + Contribute to platform strategy, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred + 2–4 years of experience in LMS administration required + Proficiency in LMS platforms (Docebo, CSOD), reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel + Experience in QA test plan development, UAT testing, and business process development + Working knowledge of HTML, graphic design tools, and Eloqua preferred + Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and self-manage deadlines + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strategic mindset a plus System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
