What You'll Do

You will join the broader EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Talent Management Team, with a particular focus on the staffing process of our Consulting Team members. Under the supervision of the EMC Staffing Senior Coordinator and in collaboration with the Staffing Team, you will contribute to ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely processes related to project allocations, internal communications, and data management. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to core HR processes within one of BCG’s most dynamic and widest geographical areas, and an opportunity to develop a solid foundation in people operations and talent management.

 

You are good at:

 

Assisting in the coordination of staffing processes, supporting the allocation of consulting team members to client projects;Scheduling and preparing staffing-related meetings to capture preferences and project needs;Helping maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal tools and platforms, such as the Staffing portal;Supporting the communication flow between the Staffing team and other HR functions (e.g. Career Development, Recruiting, Mobility);Updating internal databases and documents to reflect current availabilities, project assignments, and key information;Contributing to the digitalization and automation of Staffing processes;Contributing to the preparation of reports and summaries on staffing activities.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics will be considered as a plus);Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and GenAI tools; experience with digital platforms or databases is a plus;A strong interest in HR topics, people management, and organizational processes;Proactive and positive attitude;Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization.
