HR Specialist with German

**Introduction**
In this particular role, you will support our Swiss client in executing HR-related tasks and answering queries from customers and employees.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Handling all HR-related transactions, processing them in the system and collecting all required documents and information
* Acting on job data changes, personal changes, leaves of absence, global assignments, separations and other core HR changes
* Answering e-mail queries and calls from employees, payroll, local HR ect
* Building and maintaining positive business relationships within a net of stakeholders - Recruiters, HR Business Partners and other HR Services Representatives
* Managing administrative tasks and communication to different parties
* Preparing reports
* Dispatching workload and ensuring correct allocation of task within the team
* Ensuring accurate data management and professional communication at all times
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Very good knowledge of English and German (at least B2)
* Team player
* Excellent organization and technical skills
* Accuracy and precision
* Commitment and constant learning abilities
* Self-reliant, flexible and positive attitude as well as willingness to adapt to changes
* Problem solving skills
* Customer orientation and good communication skills
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* At least 1 year of experience in HR processes
