Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. The HR Specialist will support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and a range of HR projects and initiatives. This includes coordinating onboarding and engagement programs, assisting with process improvements, supporting HR reporting and data tracking, and contributing to the execution of people-related projects that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support day-to-day HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data managementMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentationCoordinate HR campaigns such as engagement surveys, learning initiatives, and wellness programsAssist in employee engagement programs, HR communications, and internal eventsProvide support for employee queries and escalate issues to the appropriate HR team member when necessaryPrepare HR reports, metrics, trackers, and presentations as requiredTrack project timelines, update action items, and support stakeholder follow-upHelp streamline HR processes through documentation, reporting, and workflow improvementsContribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experienceSupport change management activities related to HR transformation projectsPartner with HR team members and business stakeholders to implement key people initiatives
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent2+ years of relevant HR or administrative experienceFresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong analytical and organization skills with ability to prioritize important projectsHighly motivated team player who is adaptable, mature, meticulous, self-driven and customer-service orientedStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to handle confidential information with discretionPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to workMaintain confidentiality of AbbVie’s data and uphold AbbVie Values.
