Role Overview:

Handle Campus Recruiting activity across a variety of disciplines.Be a partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs in regards to Apprentice & GET hiring in a timely mannerSet high recruitment standards, always taking into consideration operational excellence and complianceCoach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability/competency-based assessments during their interviewMaintain strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and stylesEnsure delivery against key TA metricsEffectively use social media tools in alignment with GE Aerospace Brand StrategyEffectively handle the GE candidate experience, ensuring that it is positive and respectfulBuild strong relationships and deliver on talent recruiting strategies and models

The Ideal Candidate

An ideal candidate is able to engage candidates' and people leader effectively to ensure a smooth hiring process and a great candidate experience. Able to strive in a fast paced environment managing multiple task and adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Graduate/Post-Graduate preferably in Management with 1-3 years of wing to wing campus recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Campus hiring preferably from the Manufacturing industry.Experience in Employer Branding, TA process improvement and TA Projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Able to utilize social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
