HR Specialist & HR Administration
Location: Cluj-Napoca
Role Context
The HR Specialist & HR Administration role has direct responsibility for managing employment relationships for a large number of employees, predominantly drivers and operational staff. The position involves a strong focus on HR administration (approx. 80%), complemented by HR soft and compliance responsibilities (approx. 20%), including performance evaluations and disciplinary policies.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance – primary focus
Full administration of personnel files (hiring, contractual changes, terminations) for a high volume of employees Managing the entire employee administrative lifecycle: hiring, contract amendments, suspensions, terminations Preparing and managing employment documentation: employment contracts, addenda, decisions, certificates, job descriptions Accurate and timely registration of changes in Revisal and internal HR systems Monitoring mandatory documents (permits, authorizations, document validity, medical check-ups, etc.) Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures Liaising with external partners (occupational health providers, Labor Inspectorate, authorities, payroll providers) Preparing and delivering HR administrative reports (headcount, turnover, contracts, leave) Providing administrative support for internal and external auditsEmployee Relations & Performance Management
Implementing and managing performance evaluation processes for operational and administrative staff Advising managers on the application of disciplinary policies and internal procedures Managing disciplinary cases: documentation, warnings, disciplinary investigations, decisions Ensuring consistent and correct application of internal policies and internal regulations Managing employee relations: contractual clarifications, sensitive situations, support in special cases Active involvement in onboarding and offboarding processes from an administrative and compliance perspectiveCandidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Administration, within organizations with a large employee headcount, preferably in transportation, logistics, or other operational environments Solid experience in personnel administration and working with Revisal Strong knowledge of labor legislation and disciplinary procedures Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and high accuracy Strong communication skills and firmness in interactions with employees and managers Ability to manage large volumes of information and tight deadlines MS Office knowledge (Excel – good level) English – conversational levelThe Company Offers
