Kforce has a client that is looking for a Field Human Resource Generalist on a long-term consulting basis. Duties include: Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: * Lead high-volume warehouse recruiting efforts in a competitive labor market * Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill roles quickly Employee Relations & Investigations: * Build strong relationships with employees and supervisors across shifts * Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns and workplace issues * Conduct thorough investigations and facilitate resolution of employee relations matters * Have courageous conversations while maintaining empathy and professionalism HR Projects & Process Improvement: * Support HR initiatives including automation of onboarding and other process enhancements * Collaborate with HR leadership to implement new systems and workflows * Track project milestones and ensure timely execution
