This role is central to shaping the employee experience-from recruitment to offboarding and everything in between. Responsibilities: * HR Specialist will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinating with search firms and internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience * Manage onboarding logistics: collect and verify documentation, issue access badges, and schedule training sessions * Maintain accurate and confidential records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems * Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries, escalating when needed * Support audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives * As an HR Specialist, you will plan and execute employee engagement and corporate events * Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory * Assist across HR functions including benefits, compliance, and performance management
