Description A well-established nonprofit organization in Vista is hiring an experienced HR Specialist to support their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the nuances of nonprofit HR operations and enjoys being a resource for employees across departments. You’ll be responsible for managing employee relations, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the employee lifecycle.
