HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

HR Partnership:   Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives. Act as a advisor on HR-related matters (with Co-work with COE & SSC), providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. Follow up the development and implementation of people strategies that support business growth and transformation. HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Learn how to manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while maintaining a fair and consistent approach. Co-work with HR SSC on HR administrative functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions to support on N+1, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs with guidance. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations. Responsible for the HR dashboard build up in 2025 with co-work with HR COE team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2~ 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or business partner role. Knowledge: Good understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and best practices in talent management. Skills: Excellent communication (Good Oral English), analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Competencies: logical thinker, results-oriented, and a strong advocate for employee engagement and well-being.
