Job Description:

The HR Specialist, Employee Capability role will be responsible for implementing and managing global programs and processes related to Performance, Career, Talent, Learning, and Employee Listening.

What You'll Be Doing:

Administer processes and provide support to internal and external stakeholders with relevant resource tools, training, and communication materialsServe as the central point of contact for questions or requests regarding Performance, Career, Talent, Learning, and Employee Listening, and maintain all related collateralCoordinate work, projects, and communications; prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other materials for key stakeholdersAssist in measuring results by generating reports, analyzing data, and preparing presentationsUnderstand the platforms used for process administration and facilitation:Collaborate with HR Technology to identify, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, enhancements, projects, and routine maintenanceDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participate in the ongoing review and improvement of programsPerform additional duties as assigned, aligned with business, department, and/or development needs

What We Are Looking For:

Ability to flex work hours to accommodate global time-zones2-5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or equivalent work experience.Excellent organization skills and a self-starter who is comfortable working in both independent and collaborative team environmentsGood listener and excellent communicatorCritical thinking skills and analytical skillsSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutionsTech Savvy - Excited about technologyIntermediate to Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Applications

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office sites; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$67,000.00 - $82,940.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
