Overview We’re seeking a motivated Campus Recruitment & Early Talents Associate to support our mission of identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-potential tomorrow leaders and early-career talents of PepsiCo. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building impactful relationships with universities, students, and internal stakeholders, delivering best-in-class early careers offering, and executing the market early talent strategy. This role will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, event management, and talent pipeline strategy while contributing to a culture of inclusivity and growth. Responsibilities Campus Program and Engagement: Support to define marketing attraction trends and strategy targeting Gen Z. Collaborate with the team lead and key partners to design and execute campus recruitment strategies, including career fairs, roadshows, and info sessions in hybrid ways. Build and maintain relationships with target schools, student organizations, and enhance our employer brand presence among young cohorts. Manage logistics for campus events, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up. Build strong ATS/assessment tools management capability with a data-driven and user- friendly mindset. Candidate Experience: Screen resumes, conduct AI/or initial interviews, and coordinate assessment centers for trainee programs. Track applications and assessment results on a timely basis. Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep warm and engage our young talent group. Execute effective onboarding/induction experience for the young talents/trainees. Responsible for engagement and retention efforts. Leveraging internal and external resources to host ongoing engagement events, ambassador programs, networking or cross-functional education. Program Coordination: Support the design and delivery of early talent programs (e.g., internships, rotational programs, leadership development). Partner with HR and business units to align hiring needs with program outcomes. Track program metrics and report insights to drive data-informed decisions. Employer Branding for campus purposes: Contribute to social media and content strategies to showcase our early talent opportunities. Passionate for storytelling, a knack for trends, and a deep understanding of WeChat and Xiaohongshu’s ecosystems. Assist in creating engaging materials (e.g., videos, blogs, testimonials) to attract top talent. Key partnerships: TA/TMOD and HRBPs External agencies and local recruitment platforms Business stakeholders China Capability center (ChCC) Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, marketing, communication, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply!). 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, campus engagement, or student affairs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS and other local or global platforms (e.g. 51jobs,Linkedin, IG, iCIMS, Moseeker) is a plus. Successfully participated and contributed to large and complex projects. Strong capabilities in managing third parties and local/global agencies.
