Description We are looking for an experienced HR Sourcer to join our team in Carson, California. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent while supporting HR initiatives and compliance. Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment progress using HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience and suitability for specific roles.
• Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring recruitment processes adhere to legal and organizational standards.
• Partner with HR teams to address employee relations concerns and provide sourcing insights.
• Assist in the administration of HR processes and documentation as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for future opportunities. Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, including direct candidate outreach and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee relations practices.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems to manage candidate information and recruitment workflows.
• Familiarity with HR compliance standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry-specific sourcing tools and techniques.
