Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Sourcer to join our team in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive searches to identify candidates with relevant experience using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and organized networks. • Screen and evaluate potential candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational goals. • Develop and maintain a talent pool to proactively address current and future hiring needs. • Build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates to establish a strong talent pipeline. • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand position requirements and provide sourcing strategies. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track recruitment progress effectively. • Prepare detailed reports and analyses on sourcing efforts and recruitment metrics. • Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment. • Leverage Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook, to organize and manage sourcing activities. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate data. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. • Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines and pools. • Capability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics and sourcing efforts. • Knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools to identify candidates with relevant experience.
