Here, you will make an impact by: + Leading and/or participating in the delivery of complex and global change projects in support of business objectives + Leveraging strong project management capability by leading diverse HR projects across multiple disciplines + Partnering with leaders to execute restructuring plans in alignment with business priorities, portfolio decisions, operating model changes, etc. + Providing expertise on strategic workforce planning, including identifying current and anticipated capabilities and aligning the appropriate strategies to address (e.g., internal capability building, external talent acquisition strategies, etc.) + Partnering with subject matter experts across HR’s Centers of Excellence by developing and implementing strategic priorities + Designing HR processes to align to ParentCo’s operating model and new HR structure (potential, performance, promotion, etc.) + Creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives to meet specific or nuanced needs within a BG or function **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) + Five (5) years of Human Resources and/or Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Experience with Talent Neuron or other strategic workforce planning systems. + Experience partnering with clients to achieve desired objectives + Experience working on complex projects with change management implications + Experience with strategic workforce planning and organizational design + Diverse project management skills, including Agile methodology + Strong communication skills + Experience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/success + Experience designing / redesigning global HR processes for efficiency. + Diverse experience across multiple HR disciplines (plant, business, COEs, etc.) preferred + Global HR experience preferred + Bilingual proficiency preferred **Work location:** + **On-site (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN,** **at least** **4** **days per week)** **Travel: May include up to 15%** **domestic/international** **Relocation Assistance: Not authorized** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
