Responsibilities

The HR Shared Services Supervisor manages the HR Shared Services team by providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.

Supervises and evaluates the day-to-day performance of a team. Motivates and develops a high-performance team by creating and maintaining a positive workplace environment.Ensures adherence to HR processes, procedures, call /transaction standards, as well as maximizing workflow and productivity.Assures quality through regular call/transaction monitoring. Maintains appropriate staffing levels and ensures all service and quality levels are achieved.Provides coaching and timely feedback to the team. Creates and implements development plans for each staff member. Participates in and/or leads training for new processes, systems, and new associate orientation.Provides guidance to team and handles escalated issues directly. Provides guidance on complex employee, manager or business scenarios and ensure appropriate analysis and effective processing steps are taken to drive efficient and timely resolution.Provides functional expertise in multiple HR process areas and ensures operational processes and related systems are fully optimized. Monitors operational metrics, trends, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize the associate experience and reduce call and case volume.Engages with other functional HR teams, payroll, vendor contacts, IT teams, etc. to ensure complex scenarios are resolved and processed timely and accurately.Effectively uses case management and knowledge base tools to resolve, log, track and escalate associate, and/or manager inquiries and issues.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
