Position Description:

Integrated in the Global Business Services team, the HR Shared Services – Senior Consultant professional is responsible for delivering efficient, consistent and high-quality HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labour law and alignment with global HR policies and processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an HR Shared Services – Senior Consultant you will be able to:
• Integrate a global organization and partner with colleagues across the globe;
• Deliver HR administrative services based on solid processes and procedures;
• Support HR deliverables within the Global Business Services team offshore;
• Drive HR processes and implement policies aligned with the CGI HR model;
• Identify opportunities to improve or optimize activities;

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience with HR related topics on a multinational environment
• Process oriented and proactive looking for process optimization
• Solid communication skills in English speaking and writing

Desired Qualifications
• Independent worker that requires little supervision beyond initial scope expectation;
• Experience in shared services environment
• Strong knowledge/experience in Portuguese labour law

Education and Certification
• HR or related graduation
• Good knowledge of MS office and HR systems
