Job Description

ContiTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Team Leader Americas for our HR Service Governance & Systems team.

This role will be responsible for:

Leading a team of HR Services Specialists in Manila and MexicoEnsuring governance for HR Services processes in the Americas regionManaging quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processesSupporting service related transformationsSupporting locations in their outsourcing activitiesLeading preparation for BPO in non-BPO scope countries

QualificationsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of HR experience, Service Center background and leadership experience preferredExperience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis toolsDemonstrated expertise in HR Services and project managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
