HR Services Coordinator
Job Description

The HR Services Coordinator holds a pivotal position providing transactional HR support to Danfoss employees and leaders. This role is responsible for offering users easy, searchable, and relevant information through Knowledge Articles. The position aims to deliver an excellent customer experience across various HR aspects, including onboarding, career development, payroll & benefit administrative tasks, performance management, and offboarding. The role is customer service-based, focusing on delivering service results to the Danfoss workforce.

Job Responsibilities HR Shared Services: Review incoming HR service requests and complete or delegate tasks as applicable. Input data into the payroll system, including earnings, deductions, and job change workflows. Collaborate with HR Service Team Members to ensure SLA timeframes are met. Knowledge Management: Work with stakeholders to develop HR knowledge articles relevant to supported regions. Partner with HR People Partners, PMO, and AskHR peers to update knowledge content for accuracy. Review user feedback and adjust content accordingly. Identify, design, and implement new content development opportunities. Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer experience to employees, HR Partners, and leaders. Required to think creatively to offer accurate and timely solutions. Provide on-site support for employees and leaders transitioning to the HR shared service model. Background & Skills

Process & Tools:

HR ServiceHub: Software used to review, triage, and complete HR service cases. PeopleNow: Software used for HR data reporting and employee personnel information.

Required Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or relevant work experience. Minimum of 1 year of HR work experience. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Employee-focused attitude with high professionalism and discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for working with people. High motivation, resourcefulness, and positive energy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Willingness to learn and participate in career development.

Required Languages:

English (Mandatory) Spanish (Mandatory) Portuguese (Desired)

Typical Experience & Background:
