**This is a part-time position (50–75% FTE)**
We are looking for an HR Services Consultant as part of the Day 1 Readiness team.
The Day 1 (Onboarding) Readiness Team is dedicated to streamlining processes, communication, and enablement to ensure new employees are well-prepared for their first day. This team works closely with the Global Onboarding Team, which falls under SAP People Development, to facilitate a seamless transition from Day 1 to continued organizational and functional onboarding experiences.
This role works very closely with the Process and Experience Manager for Day 1 Readiness, other D1R team member as well as other function HR specialists and stakeholder. One of our key goals is to deliver simple and efficient processes to be able to provide the value our customers expect.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
In your role as HR Services Consultant for Day 1 Readiness you will:
+ Ensure flawless execution of Day 1 Readiness tasks, including sending invites.
+ Partner with IT to swiftly address any potential technical issues.
+ Work with Local Services to gather and update the Local Onboarding Schedule biannually.
+ Explore new technologies to automate current processes.
+ Support NextGen HCM project with strong process and technical focus.
+ Update and maintain Day 1 readiness app and automated communications.
+ Handle process-related escalations effectively.
+ Troubleshoot basic RUUM issues.
+ Serve as reporting contact, ensuring integration of data into dashboards.
+ Respond to queries through the EIC Ticketing system.
+ Build strong relationships with Local HR, Recruiters, Talent Delivery, and Global Onboarding teams.
**EXPERIENCE**
+ Enthusiastic and self-driven employee who is eager to learn new process and technology
+ xls / Macro knowledge is an advantage
+ Experience in working in a global and/ or dynamic environment
+ Skilled in streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
+ Ability to work independently
+ Can-do attitude
+ Good communication skills with the ability to interact with employee of all levels
+ High proficiency in MS Office tools, outstanding MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with internal and external stakeholders
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
At least 3-5 years overall working experience in the wider HR field
