**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide operational support across Payroll and Total Rewards functions.
+ Execute routine tasks such as data entry, audit checks, and report generation.
+ Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies.
+ Maintain documentation and assist with compliance tracking.
+ Support process documentation and knowledge management efforts.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
+ At least 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
+ Familiarity with government portals and statutory reporting tools (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
+ Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
