HR Service Representative - Seasonal Assignment

Associate Connect (Tier-1) is a call center responsible for receiving incoming human resources-related employee inquiries. Inquiries are answered via phone or self-service system. Tier-One Representatives are responsible for providing 1st level functional support in answering benefit and payroll questions and supporting associates with personal and job-related transactions.

Dates: ASAP through April 2026. Hours: 10:30am - 7:00pm EST. 

ResponsibilitiesSupport all associates via, phone or self-service systemCoordinate with other functional groups within Associate Connect as necessaryProvide support to all associates, ensuring effective communication and addressing the needs of our multilingual workforceProvide first level functional support to callers needing assistance within Service NowProvide first level functional support to store managers entering HR data transactionsDocument all calls in Tier 1 call tracking system (Service Now)Engage with supervisors for any issue resolution as needed

Qualifications

1-2 years’ Service Center environment (call center) experience requiredMust be proficient in utilization on dual monitorsHighly proficient in computer software and applicationsExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong customer service skillsAbility to work in a team environment to achieve goals1-2 years’ HR, payroll and benefits administration experience a plusEducationBachelor's degree preferred but not required
