Join us as our new HR Senior Project Manager and help shape the future of HR at Otis! **About the Role** As an HR Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead high-impact projects under our HR Program Delivery team and play a key role in our agile transformation journey. You’ll act as both a coach and a Scrum Master, guiding HR teams through agile adoption and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
