HR Screening Role – Arlington Based

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to lead complex background screening reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a passion for process improvement. You’ll drive key initiatives, produce operational insights, and collaborate across departments to enhance our screening programs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Resolve intricate background check cases requiring high-level analysis and discretion
+ Design and document new screening protocols and compliance workflows
+ Develop and maintain reports to measure program performance and effectiveness
+ Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance screening processes
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align screening practices with business needs
+ Provide guidance and mentorship on complex case handling
+ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions
+ Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong program visibility
Required Qualifications
+ Demonstrated experience managing complex operational tasks with sound judgment
+ Proven track record of leading successful process improvement efforts
+ Strong collaboration skills across diverse business units
+ Ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous or evolving situations
+ Commitment to delivering results while upholding compliance standards
+ Experience mentoring peers and sharing operational best practices
+ Innovative mindset with a focus on risk-aware program development
Preferred Qualifications
+ Background in background screening or investigations
+ Solid understanding of HR practices and regulatory compliance
+ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
