HR Representative

Summary: Seeking an experienced Human Resource Representative to manage HR functions, compliance, and employee relations.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in human resources Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Preferred Skills:

SHRM-CP or PHR certification

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and process data changes Assist with benefits administration and communicate information to employees Support recruitment processes and ensure compliance with hiring policies Investigate employee complaints and foster a positive work environment

Pay Details: $17.00 to $28.00 per hour
